A Lebanese lawyer with over than 23 years of experience in diversified areas of Law, graduated in 1994 from the Lebanese University, Faculty of Law, joined the Beirut Bar Association in1995, established his own law office in 1999 in Lebanon that earned a distinctive reputation in the legal society and widely recognized as one of the most distinguished lawyers in the region.
Said, relocated to the Gulf Cooperation Counsel Countries (GCC), based in the State of Qatar, for five years 2010-2015, where he consulted and represented a numerous number of his clients to European and North American companies. Said, built many negotiations strategies and lead it, he was accurate in choosing the right and proper business models/vehicles that served the interest of his clients to the fullest. Said gained a wide knowledge about the laws of the region and an excellent foresight of doing business in the GCC. Said acquires good understanding of both Western and Middle Eastern people’s/ negotiator’s mentalities that is very essential in leading and running successful business and/or legal negotiations and dispute resolution.
Said practices in all areas of law in Lebanon. Presently, he has offices in both Canada and Lebanon, serving through Middle East Legal Services Ltd. all his Lebanese and non-Lebanese clients who have legal challenges, interests and business ventures in Lebanon and the Middle East and North African (MENA) Region.
Our team acquires vast experience both legal and business systems in Lebanon, Gulf Cooperation Counsel Countries and the rest of the Middle East, giving us insight not only into the legal systems of these countries but also its culture, mentalities and their ways in doing business.
We can assist North American businesses preparing to enter into Middle Eastern markets by shortening the time required for the due diligence required to enter into those markets by providing advice and assistance on legal matters related to their countries of interest
